The 2019 Election

2019 is the year where local politics happens. In addition to electing school board members and borough council members you will also be electing judges, County Commissioners and County Row Officers. A yellow sample ballot of endorsed candidates is below and we encourage you to hover up to the 2019 Candidates menu to learn more about them. Please note that some menu tabs will take you to external websites.

New Voting Machines

Starting with the 2019 Primary on May 21st a new voting machine system will be in place in Montgomery County. This system allows for paper marked ballots with a verifiable paper trail and we encourage you to check out the information on the Montgomery County Voting Services Website before Election Day: https://www.montcopa.org/753/Voter-Services

Click the Sample Ballots below to see how the candidates are listed on the ballot in your Ward.

Let's Create A Democratic North Wales Together

In 2008, Democrats, independents, and many Republicans came together as Americans to move our country forward. We were in the midst of the greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression, the previous administration had put two wars on our nation's credit card, and the American Dream had slipped out of reach for too many. Our economy crashed, leaving many without jobs.

Today, our economy is growing again and our manufacturing sector is growing for the first time in more than a decade. But there is more we need to do, and so we come together again to continue what we started.
