Out team plans for every election. They tirelessly work to bring candidates to the North Wales voter. They staff the polls at every election and hand out information on who the endorsed candidates are.
The most important thing we do is "get out the vote". Known as GOTV for short. Come election time, we distribute information to voters and knock on doors to encourage people to vote for democratic candidates.
From time to time we run local fundraisers to support local democratic party operations as well as in support of local candidates for office.
We produce literature, lawn signs, social media and website content in support of local candidates as well as County, State and National Candidates.
We oftentimes produce lawn signs. We keep track of who will allow/want a candidate sign displayed on their lawn and distribute them. We also track public locations for the signs and make sure they are collected and disposed of after the election
These are the indiviuals who work hard to ensure that your democratic voice is heard in North Wales. You can help them in lots of different ways either by joining the committee or by volunteering some of your time to help.
You will see them outside the polling places offering the Democratic yellow sheet of endorsed candidates. In many instances you will need this sheet to know which are the legitimate Democratic candidates.
You will often see them staffing events like North Wales Community Day.
They are aslo there to answer any questions you may have concerning the election.
